As the clocks went back last weekend our team members headed to Tehidy Country Park to promote Mountain Rescue Awareness Day.

In the darker evenings, please be prepared for all eventualities.

Before setting off please ask yourself three simple questions:

Do I have the knowledge & skills for the day?

Do I know what the weather will be like?

Do I have the right gear?

It was great to meet everyone who came and visited us last Sunday. BBC Cornwall even came down to film – did anyone see us on Spotlight?
