We were requested by Devon & Cornwall Police to assist in the search for a high-risk missing person in Falmouth.

Our volunteer team member’s alerts went off at 03.30 Friday morning. Already on scene were Police and Coastguard colleagues, including Rescue 924 conducting searches.

As our Controller was allocating search areas, we were thankfully informed that the missing person had been located safely.

We were stood down at 04.45 ready to start the working day.
