SEARCH – Penzance (23/01/24)

We were called out today by Devon & Cornwall Police to assist with the search for a high-risk missing person in Penzance.

Three foot teams and a search dog team from Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England were given a number of priority areas to cover across the town. These included steep woodland and open spaces.

We worked alongside Penzance Coastguard Rescue Team and Penzance Police.

After almost six hours, all of the areas were completed and we were stood down by the Police as further investigations continue.
